As a second-generation construction contractor, Jim Hall, Jr. began his work in the industry over 30 years ago as a stucco and exterior improvement foreman.

With his strong commitment to excellence, Jim elevated himself to a state-certified residential contractor over ten years ago and has become a 'go-to' source for home renovations and new home builds alike.

Hall's Custom Construction has averaged six 3,500+-sq-ft new custom homes per year in prestigious Winter Park and Maitland neighborhoods, with many more home upgrades and renovations in these and other central Florida locations.

Jim's work with home renovations has ranged from minor bathroom remodels, to major kitchen remodels in excess of $60k, to 3,000-sq-ft second story additions, and in all cases, while the homeowners were able to maintain living in their residences.

With homes to their credit reaching up to 5,000-sq-ft, Hall's Custom Construction builds spacious, breathtaking custom homes that are designed to meet a family's unique needs, lifestyle, and budget.

Through reputation and word of mouth, Jim has recently completed major remodels for esteemed design professionals/principals in the local design industry.
